ICS to specific IP address (Win XP Pro.)

Dear Friends,
Hi,

I have been searching the internet for an internet connection sharing application for windows XP Pro. that shares the internet connection to specific IP address but I cant find any.
So please, if possible to give me the name of a Microsoft ICS application that can be of use to me if available and if there is no such Microsoft application the name of a third party application that I can use.
