Identification in ASP

Hello. I develop a site with ASP. I need to identifie the name of the PC which connects to the site. With the Server object, I can get his IP but this IP is not always the same because of the configuration of the local network. I would like to get the name of the computer or the name of the one who logs on but not his IP adress. Everyone uses Windows 95/98. Only the server is NT (IIS4, ASP2.0).
