IE 6 Proxy problem

I am looking for a way to have Internet Explorer to either follow Outlook for its connection, or a way to edit the proxy settings in the registry. Ultimate goal is to have an end user connect to our servers using a proxy setting and not at home using their broadband connection. Any ideas?
