IE 7 Homepage via Group Policy

You are going to think im crazy… but after hours of searching on the net + here, any solution that someone has put up is not working. I am trying to set the homepage for a computer via group policy. Good – done. Got it. It’s there when I look, but the very first time you open IE it goes to http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=74005 and I don’t want it to… what gives. I know there is a “start page” and its different than a homepage – but I’ve set the start page also. This is so simple – but so irritating.

It’s a W2k3sp2 64 bit server with terminal services. Help help – I’m going to put my mouse through my computer!
