IE Explorer “Next Page” Shortcut

Could someone tell me how to write a bit of code to activate the “next page” link on web page? Optimally I would like to search for a link containing the text “next”, display a yes/no menu, if no continue search.

I am trying to access the “next page” link(s) without having to scroll, mouse and click.
