IE fonts changed!

For some reason, my IE (version 6.0.29) has suddenly started displaying web sites with huge bolded fonts. I have tried to change things in the Tools/Internet Options menu, but nothing changes the fonts.
I have no idea how this happened, but it’s so annoying!

Anyone know what I need to do to restore things to normal?
