IE Launches on client after printing to a HP Laserjet 4350dtn

I have a windows 2003 server running Oracle Application Server (forms and reports, apache etc) whenever a clients computer prints a reoprt it causes an instance of IE to start on the server this causes a problem related to Windows Heap size and when 100+ users have printed the server stops responding and the application stops responding, we have to restart the server several times a day. Can anyone help?
