IE Pop ups

I am getting uncontrollable pop-ups in my IE. I ran Spybot S&D, Ad Aware PE and did have Browser Pal loaded. I want to remove the “pop-up ware” that got onto my PC, not just block it. There has to be code on my PC that spawns these pop-ups. Does any one have any ideas how to fix this or potenially fix this?
