IE proxy remotely

I have an employee that is clearing his IE history. since HR warned him about his internet surfing. I can use Solar winds to look at his surfing, but it only allow me to search by IP.I don’t know when he recieved the lease on the IP. I need to add a proxy to his computer so the HQ can monitor his web surfing. I tried the remote regedit I was unable to reach the key to add the proxy. Is there a easy way to add a proxy without loging in to his computer.
