IE security zones locked server 2003

We have a windows 2003 domain based network. A program called golds disk was run and it locked down security settings. Unfortunately it locked IE security zones and we cannot figure out how to unlock them. I am not sure if it was a regedit or GPO edit because it is effecting all our servers and was run on only one. Any help would be appreciated.
