IE time control

Is there a way to make a setting to restrict internet access to certain time brackets of certain days. eg. I want to allow certain user to access internet only between 3 to 4pm and also 8 to 9 pm on weekdays and no restrictions on weekend .

This is to prevent my kids from gaming non-stop during school days. Is there any way to do such settings ?
