IE5 can’t display background image

Why does the background image (a jpeg file in a page created in Dreamweaver 2)doesn’t display in Internet Explorer 5 just in this particular PC with Windows NT 4, SP 5 128 bit. All I got is a white background. Most PC in the network display it properly exept this one. It’s a Compaq DeskPro 550 Mhz SFF 128 Mb.
