IIS Server

Am having a problem configuring iis server to display my site on web browser. I design the site with Dreamweaver8, i have configure the IIS as my webroot and asign a public IP address to my system which i type on another system web browser address only display page cannot be found. Have be trying what i know CAN ANYBODY PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS.
