IIS4: Automatic Creation of Virtual Dire

Help! Is anyone aware of a way to automatically create virtual directories under an IIS 4.0 Website using a script file or a text file as input? I am moving a very large website from Netscape Enterprise Server to IIS and if I can’t find a way to do this I will have to manually create about 700 virtual directories, hours and hours of tedious work. Please let me know of any tools or utilities that can help me automate this.
