I’m having problems with removing Linux from my system…

I have a disk of Microsoft Offive xp small business (2002 version) and am hoping to install it instead of linux. I got the boot order right but when my system tried to run the CD it gave the message “DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER”. What should i do?
