IMAP Vitual Server Fails To Automatically Start On Server Reboot

Upon rebooting my 2K3 server I find that my IMAP Virtual Server always fails to start automatically. I have to go into Exchange System Manager and manually start it. Once started it works fine.

Under “SERVICES” the Microsoft IMAP4 service is set to start automatically.

Any help or guidance is much appreciated.
