Import NT4 users into AD

ADMT, right? Well, in this situation, we’re using Active Directory but we have NT4 domain controllers coming in as well (merger), so we’re still on NT4 domain functional level. ADMT won’t work with that. We’re joining another domain into ours in the coming weeks, and it’s totally NT4, no active directory present anywhere. We can’t upgrade the domain functional level because of those NT4 controllers on the other domain.

Is there any way to import the users from their domain into ours? It would be nice if we could keep the passwords intact, but if that’s impossible, then it’s impossible.
