Improving Page Rank

I have my website http://www.dignaj.com which i am developing from the past three months and i have nearly 50 pages in that regarding Programming Languages and Interview Tips.
Now i didn’t find any improvement in my page google rank and my alexa ranking is degrading can any one suggest me some ideas looking into that
