In-house Networking W2K and Cable Modem

OK, here is the make up; 1)Cable Modem 2)Netgear RT311 Router 3)Netgear Switch 4)Three computers

What I would like to do is setup on one unit is a full blown Windows 2000 server with DHCP and DNS server connected to the Internet using the Router and Cable Modem.

Right now my Router provieds the DHCP services to the computers I would like the new server to take over this service and provied a Domain and Internet connectivity.
