In Need of a Remote Laptop Backup Software – Help!

It’s too late to say it but I’m saying it anyway. We should have bought remote backups for our laptops when we had the time.
I own a small company and my employee just lost his laptop and all the data that we worked hard for since he was traveling and was not attached to the network when the backup was scheduled.
can anybody suggest an efficient remote laptop backup software? details of its features will be very much appreciated. Thank you.
