In your eyes, is there that big a difference between these two MS degrees?

Got accepted into BU’s masters program. I’ve mentioned on this forum but I want to do DBA oriented stuff but eventually want to do possibly IT management and/or higher education teaching. Do you really see that big of a difference between:

CIS

Administrative Studies (concentration in e-commerce, systems and technology)
http://www.bu.edu/met/adult_college_programs/graduate_school_program/post_graduate_degree/administrative_degree/concentrations/electronic_commerce.html

The name/reputation is already there so I’m just curious if you guys think employers will look at these way differently. I know the program lists have different classes but I mean more or less the name of the program on the degree.
