incredimail problem

I’ve lost capability to reply/forward using Incredimail-ver 5.8.5 (gets stuck in outbox). Send/Receive works fine.

Outlook Express still works fine and I would return to using it, but I can’t transfer a couple years worth of saved info from Incredimail into Outlook.

Can any one give ideas to fix reply/forward problem, or xfer of data back into Outlook?

I’ve updated IC, run several antivirus programs (Malwarebyte,Xsoft, AVG, SpyHunter to name a few).
