Info re: Display Driver agp 172e.exe

Greetings , I require an update to driver as stated,for dispay Adapter. As far as I can tell, the requirement is for a compatable driver for NIDIA ALADDIN TNT2. Question where do I look and what does this driver support within my PC. Also: Why is this update required .
