Information on building small campus Fiber optic network

I looking for some information sources to use in building a grant proposal for a small campus (three building) fiber optic network. The 3 buildings will require two 700′ segments and one 100′ segment to the Telco fiber vault inb the street. I looking for data to spec all the level 1 and 2 infrastructure. Cable will be buried via subsurface boring. Network will terminate in new wiring closets in each of the 3 buildings.
