Informational interview with a database professional

by suzanne7991 . Updated 15 years, 6 months ago

I am a student working on my Bachelors degree in IT Database. I’m in Ft. Worth, Texas. At this point in my education it is a good idea for me to participate in an informational interview. This is not for a job. An informational interview is simply where a student meets with a professional in their chosen field. I will learn about their position, daily operations, get real world advice and build confidence. I am very excited that I have reached this point in my education and I am reaching out to find a knowledgeable database professional I can interview. Database administration, development, etc.
I can do this over email, phone or on the job/in person interview (preferred). I am open to anything from a 20 minute visit to a week internship.
