Infrastructure operations transfer

I need some education,

I have a small network with two domain controllers, both are server 2003. I?m replacing one of the domain controller that held the master roles. I have transferred all the roles except for the Infrastructure role. When I went to go transfer the role I received this warning..?server x is a global catalog (GC) server, the Infrastructure operations master role should not be transferred to a GC server.?

Since I have an Exchange server I would like to have two Global Catalog servers.

From my understanding I can disregard this warning because I have a single domain with one subnet. Can someone educate me on this, am I correct?
