Infrastructure Team looking for work

All,

We have a group of Infrastructure folks that are looking for new positions due to a contract/vendor change (.gov – our firm was outbid). All have NACIC clearance etc.. Windows 2003, Cisco, SAN, Business Objects, you name it.

What would be the best way of trying to keep this well functioning team together? Should we go to certain recruiters?

Anyone know of competent recruiters in the DFW area?
