Inserting the full filename in Word document footer

I’d find it really helpful to be able to have a shortcut or template that will enter the full filename automatically into Word documents. I’ve gone through the configuration options for shortcuts without finding any clue how I can do it. Does that mean it’s not do-able? It would make things so much easier if I could do it.

Any help/tips etc most welcome.
