Installation of WSUS

Hi, Am trying to install WSUS 3.0 with sp2 on my server almost all finishing the installation time it giving error ”
Windows Server Update Services 3.0 SP2 could not install WSUSService
and the performance counters. For more information, see the Setup
logs “C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WSUSCa_100716_1534.log”
and “C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WSUSSetup.log” .
