Installation package could not be opened

Got a new laptop about 2 weeks ago, started doing the typical installations; crap cleaner, daemon tools etc etc
Random programs don’t install for example;
iTunes
AMD overdrive

And others, it seems purely random, not sure why.
I download everything to the same folder.

Computer is up to date.
