Installation problems

We are going to test IPX services in our new networked enwironment.
To install NetWare server I prepared new empty dos partiotion, formated it and edited auoexec and config.sys to be possible to load CDROM.
after booting MS-DOS (win 95) I’m typing d:\install and system runs netwarre installation.after chosing languge system crashes :(((
Q: Whats wrong? Maybye I need special memmory manager for dos of smth?
