Installed New CPU Fan – Computer Powers On with no Monitor Display

Please help. I just installed a new CPU had to remove the entire motherboard to install a mounting bracket underneath. Reinstalled all of my components and now when I power on the computer the lights go on the fan whirles but the monitor doesn’t display anything.
