Installing additional Windows Components automatically

I need you help!!!

We have 1000+ computer in our network and we need to add an SNMP service to each one of our computers. By default the SNMP service is not added in the installation of WIn XP OS running on these machines. How can we make it an automatic process to add the SNMP service. (The service can be added form : add remove programs – add remove windows components – management and monitoring tools.
