Installing AGP video card under NT 4.0

I want to replace an ATI Xpert2000 AGP with a Visiontek Geforce2 MX200 AGP on a Aopen AX34 MB (VIA Apollo PRO133A).

I uninstalled the ATI drivers, replaced the card, installed the new drivers (from the CD) and WinNT told me there was a problem with my video drivers. I downloaded the latest for my card, installed them and WinNT still doesn’t want to accept the drivers. It’s a CAD workstation… 640X480 16color is out of the question.
