Installing another Hard Drive in Netware

We have a compaq proliant 3000 server with hot plug drives.
We have installed the drive, Netware recognises that a drive has been installed.

We are running Netware 4.11.

How do you add the new drive to an existing volume.

I have done this before , but cannot remember how, it was such a long time ago.
