installing circuit boards

what would you do to set the Adaptec AHA-1542 SCSI host adapter I/O port base address to 230h?

1.- set DIP switches 6 and 8 to 0 and switch 7 to 1
2.- set DIP switches 2 and 4 to 0 and switch 3 to 1
3.- set DIP switches 2 and 4 to 1 and switch 3 to 0
4.- run the software configuration program.
