Installing Exchange 03 on its own dedicated server

Hi Guys,
I’m setting up a new network. I have setup a DC running Win03 STD. I installed Exch03 on it and then decided to put Exch on it’s own server which is also running Win03 STD. I have removed Exch from the DC but I don’t know how to set exchange up on a separate server that is not the DC.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a good step-by-step guide for this.
