Installing Exchange 5.5 Admin utility on Windows 2003 Server

I have a windows 2003 server in a NT4 domain, and I would like to install the Exchange 5.5 Admin utility onto it (a requirement for a project). However, I can’t seem to manage it from the original Exchange 5.5 server CD, as I get the error saying that it is not supported on this system. People keep telling me it’s possible, but I can’t seem to find the right course of action. Any pointers please. Thanks
