Installing Faxing service in Windows 2003

Hi. Maybe somone can help. I am trying to add the faxing service on a Windows 2003 Server with Terminal Services. As the installation progresses it asks for FXS_instmsia.exe. I have looked in every diretion and cannot find this file. Does anyone know or have seen this problem?
