Installing my .cer file to the System store on my Android ICS tablet

Hello,

when trying to connect my Android ICS tablet to our Citrix system I fail miserably becuse I cannot install our certificate to anything other than the user store. The Citrix app is installed but refuses to see that I have installed the correct certificate. Is there a way to either isntall the certificate into the system store or to get the citrix client app to see the .cer that is installed into the user store?
