Installing NT on a DEC 2000 AXP Alpha

I want to install NT on my DEC 2000 axp Alpha processor computer. It has 128 MB RAM and 6GB hard drive. There is an ARC Multiboot Firmware version 4.31 that configures boot. When I try the Supplemental Boot Menu to Install Windows NT from CD I get the message “file \alpha\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded. error code is 4. Setup cannot continue.” Then I get sent back to the ARC menu screen. I cannot boot from the floppy either, it doesn’t seem to be bootable from the floppy.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
