Installing NT Server 4

I have installed nt workstation 4 on my pc. Now I want to install nt server 4. After copying all the nt files (text installation), I re-boot the pc and select ‘windows nt 4.00installation/upgrade’, there is no effect (It comes back at the option). Can I know what is the problem and how to fix it ?
