installing oracle 8.1.5 on rh linux 6.2

I was trying to switch from windows NT to red hat linux 6.2.

when I wanted to install the oracle 8.1.5.1.0 on linux I am getting the following error.

error CreateOUIProcess(): -1
:bad address

I have already downloaded the following and installed the same on the linux server.

jdk-117_v1a-2.i386.rpm

what is the solution?
