Installing Small Business Server 2000

How would someone go about configuring Small Business Server to work alongside a NT 4 and Win 2000 stand alone servers? My primary concern is to keep the current domain intact and have the users on the new domain be able to print through the old domain. This way if I ever seperate servers I can do so without much trouble. Since I do not have a PDC or BDC should create one? Should I setup Active directory on the 2000 Server?
