Installing Squirellmail

Dear all,
I looking for a mail server solution for my company.Currently we don’t have a public IP address.But we are using DDNS with no-ip.I planning to impliment hmail as a mail server.I would like to use squrrelmail as a web email client.The problem I am facing with the installation of squirrelmail in windows server 2003.Can anyone help me.
