integrating windows server with netware

Installing first Windows 2003 server. Have Netware for many years and currently running Netware 6.0 sp5. Can I get users to login to the windows box once installed, will windows box appear like other Netware servers. Bottom line, I need to install SQL on windows and have access to all. Any help is greatly appreciated.
