Intel Netport Express 10 Print Server

I have an intel netportexpress 10 printserver in a windows 2000 network. The printserver is connected to a linksys etherfast 10/100 5-port workgroup hub. A windows 2000 pro workstation is also connected to this hub. The printserver has to be reset or powered on and off everyday because it seems to be dropping the connection. How do I solve this?
