intel wifi 5100AGN and WPA

It will not connect to a wireless network running any form of WPA security, let alone WPA2. The only way ti will connect is to an open network. The machine is an IBM Thinkpad x200. I have the most recent drivers installed form the Intel site as well. Anyone else run into this before? I have seen this on other thinkpads as well but never found a resolution. To add to that, any other machine has no problem connecting to the same wireless network.
