Intermittant Lockup-PVXwin32 GPF

I am running a single Novell 4.2 server with 35 Windows 9.x clients. One particular PC user is having lockup problems. The lockup is caused by the workstation loosing connection to all the mapped drives. The network drive (F) is still connected.

The problem occurs when the user has several windows open in MAS 90 (mapped drive “M”), goes into another application, exits out of that, pauses, then attempts to use MAS 90 again. She gets the PVXWIN32 GPF in the Kernel. This is an intermittant problem and can not be duplicated on demand.

There is no mention of a PVXWIN32 error in the Microsoft Knowledge Base. Our local MAS 90 dealer is no help.
