Intermittent File Access Error

I’m getting an intermittent error when trying to access a sql database from a XP Professional machine. The error is File (dbo.TApptNote) could not be opened. Error: Cannot generate SSPI context (S1000). If the machine is rebooted and logged back into the Windows 2000 Domain, usually it opens up the application.
